WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our recruiting function in alignment with Laborie’s growth and innovation goals. This role will oversee full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with business leaders, and ensure our hiring practices reflect industry best practices, compliance standards, and a commitment to a inclusive organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership and strategic planning responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in the medical device, biotechnology, or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of compliance requirements within regulated environments, including FDA and EEOC guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with senior leaders and influence talent-related decisions.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics platforms; experience with system optimization and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for process optimization and innovation in talent acquisition.
