Job Description This position is fully on-site at our office in Miami Lakes. Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000 per year commensurate with experience Ward Law Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own and scale the firm’s recruiting function. This role is responsible for building a high-volume, efficient, and data-driven recruiting operation, with full ownership of SmartRecruiters, recruiting analytics, and process optimization. This individual will partner closely with leadership to support hiring plans, grow the recruiting team, and ensure recruiting operations scale alongside firm growth. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Function Ownership Own end-to-end recruiting operations and execution for the firm. Design, implement, and continuously optimize a high-volume recruiting process. Translate hiring plans into execution timelines, recruiter capacity, and workflows. Maintain full pipeline ownership, including the ability and expectation to personally source, recruit, and interview candidates when hiring volume, urgency, or team capacity requires hands-on execution. SmartRecruiters (ATS) Ownership Serve as the functional owner of SmartRecruiters, including workflows, automations, templates, and system configuration. Own the SmartRecruiters vendor relationship and system optimization. Ensure strong adoption, data integrity, and effective use across recruiters and hiring managers. Manage ATS integrations and related recruiting technology. Integrate Dialpad call data, recordings, and AI summaries across recruiting workflows and reporting. Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership. Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, source effectiveness). Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements. Recruiter Team Growth & Enablement Scale the recruiting function by hiring, onboarding, and training internal recruiters and recruiting vendors. Set performance expectations, workflows, and KPIs as the team grows. Provide ongoing coaching and enablement focused on efficiency and quality. Process Improvement Continuously improve recruiting workflows, automation, and reporting. Standardize processes to support scale, compliance, and consistency. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations. Hands-on experience owning and optimizing an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred). Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments. Strong analytics, reporting, and process design skills. Experience building or scaling recruiting teams. Responsibilities
