MISSION

COE Talent will provide thought leadership and innovation and will consult HR BP’s and managers on the following subjects: Recruitment and employer branding, Talent identification, Career Planning & Development
Next, the Manager of the CoE will take on the responsibility to execute. This means developing, implementing and managing the recruitment and selection policy for all target groups within Lineas Group in order to have sufficient and qualified employees (OTIF – on time and in full). He/she is is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, which includes implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, coordinating the interview and hiring process. He/she helps to build talent pools for a wide range of positions by sourcing and engaging high-potential candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategy and develop innovative policies, programs and procedures on these strategies. Always making sure we follow the company’s values and DEI ambitions.
  • Describe and optimize internal mobility
  • Work with the business to develop a longer term workforce planning
  • Leads the development of the Employee Value Proposition
  • Develop an approach for internal Talent Identification and Talent Value Proposition
  • Delivers on the Talent Acquisition needs of Lineas, with a clear focus on efficiency, quality and budget
  • Ensure transparency by keeping track of KPI’s, data through regular reporting.
  • Contribute to Lineas’ aspiration to become a Great Workplace, by creating a positive applicant experience end-to-end
  • Oversee, evaluate and improve the Lineas On-Boarding (incl. cross-boarding), maximizing the success in the new job of every employee and longer term retention
  • Select and maintain contacts with key players on the labour market (such as educational institutions, VDAB, interim, search offices, suppliers) in order to build a long term relationship with our different strategic partners. Manage outsourcing partners, make sure the processes work optimal, the solution is cost efficient and measure the impact
  • Initiate and coordinate various projects (e.g. digital & modern selection tools, recruitment or branding campaigns through social media platforms, job fairs etc) and measure the impact
  • Act as an internal specialist to line management and HR Business Partners in recruitment and selection and continuously monitor the most recent developments and trends within this area of expertise. Connect with other HR disciplines to cross-pollinate
  • Leads, coaches and develops the recruitment & selection team with the aim to have an efficient and high performing team
