Description

At DRIVE, talent acquisition is much more than recruiting – it's a key driver of our growth. We're looking for people who are passionate about attracting the right talent to DRIVE, building lasting relationships, and actively shaping our talent acquisition strategy.

As Talent Acquisition Manager , you are responsible for recruiting internal employees as well as building and managing our external workforce. You oversee the entire talent acquisition process – from identifying suitable candidates and selecting them to successful onboarding – and simultaneously acquire external project partners and B2B contractors for demanding client projects.

In this role, you combine operational excellence with conceptual thinking. You work hands-on in recruiting, contribute your own ideas, and continuously develop our recruiting processes and talent acquisition initiatives together with the team. You take on responsibility – for example, in recruiting for our international tech hub in Bucharest, building our external network of experts, or implementing strategic recruiting projects.

Your tasks

  • Independent responsibility for recruiting processes within a defined area of responsibility – from identifying suitable talent to successful onboarding.
  • Responsibility for recruiting for our international tech hub in Bucharest and support in staffing our German locations
  • Building and developing our external workforce by recruiting and supporting B2B contractors and external project partners for demanding customer projects
  • Active sourcing as well as identification and approach of suitable talent and external experts via various recruiting and networking channels
  • Responsibility for the entire contracting process of external project partners – from contract and fee negotiations to successful collaboration
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and a trusting collaboration with hiring managers and specialist departments.
  • Independently managing selected recruiting events, university fairs and employer branding initiatives to support the talent acquisition team.
  • Taking over and implementing strategic recruiting projects as well as continuously optimizing our recruiting, sourcing and contracting processes.
  • Building and maintaining sustainable talent and expert networks, as well as developing long-term recruiting pipelines.
  • Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics and derivation of data-based measures for the continuous development of our talent acquisition.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies – ideally in business administration, economic psychology, human resource management or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, active sourcing or a comparable environment
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and confidence in dealing with employment contracts and contract negotiations.
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in independently implementing operational recruiting topics and taking on responsibility
  • Experience in participating in or managing projects, as well as an interest in continuously developing recruiting processes and methods.
  • A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a professional demeanor towards candidates, departments, and external project partners.
  • Ideally, experience in a management consultancy, a project-oriented environment, or a dynamic growth company.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional recruiting events and occasional trips to our locations

Our offer to you

At DRIVE Consulting you will meet a young, growing team whose heart beats for demanding consulting projects in industry – especially in the industrial and automotive sectors.

You can expect an environment with high professional standards, a steep learning curve, and opportunities for individual development. You will take on responsibility early, work closely with our management and specialist departments, and actively contribute to the further expansion of our talent acquisition. You will not only continuously develop our recruiting activities but also work on international topics and diverse projects. Openness, trust, and team spirit characterize our collaboration – in a motivated team with a clear focus on results.

You can also expect:
