This role owns sourcing, process design, employer branding and offer negotiation to scale hiring efficiently and with high quality as the company grows. What You'll Do Define clear role requirements in direct alignment with each hiring manager. Fill the pipeline with high-potential candidates through active sourcing and channel activation. Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Establish HR foundations: processes, tools, and team events in close collaboration with leadership. Take full ownership for building the recruiting function from the ground up, operating with fast decision-making and high autonomy. What We're Looking For Proven track record executing recruiting processes across diverse roles and formats, with a clear sense of recruiting excellence. Ability to define and implement lean, scalable recruiting processes from scratch. Data-driven approach with measurable KPIs to assess recruiting effectiveness. Broad knowledge of recruiting platforms and software and ability to configure and deploy them efficiently. Demonstrated skill in quickly identifying candidates for both skill and cultural fit from large applicant pools. Strong capability to pitch the company and roles convincingly to top candidates. Ability to maintain high standards of candidate suitability even under pressure.
