You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a comparable role and have gained in-depth experience in end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing.
You are experienced in working with different stakeholders, as well as at different levels, and you understand the business.
You feel at home in social networks and have experience in active sourcing and direct approach to specialists and managers.
You have an understanding of relevant recruiting KPIs and know how to analyze them and derive appropriate measures.
You possess excellent communication and interview skills and can communicate very well in German and English, both orally and in writing.
You work responsibly and in a solution-oriented manner and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
