• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, specialist portals and technical communities
• Creating targeted job advertisements – technically precise for engineering roles, attractive to tech talent.
• Independent management of the entire recruiting process via Personio: screening, interviews, offer negotiation, contract conclusion.
• Close, direct coordination with the department heads and our founders – short communication channels, quick decisions
• Building a resilient talent pool for technical and digital roles
• Setting up and further developing lean, scalable recruiting processes
• Responsibility for recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate experience

That will impress us

• Several years of professional experience in TA, recruiting - experience in an early-stage startup is essential.
• Demonstrable success in filling technical positions (engineers, service technicians, etc.) AND software/AI positions.
• Hands-on mentality: You take initiative instead of just coordinating – even with operational tasks.
• Quick comprehension, high speed and resilience in a dynamic startup environment
• Confident handling of active sourcing, ATS systems and modern recruiting tools
• Strong communicator, self-reliant and solution-oriented personality
• Fluent German and good English skills
