Description
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or manager role. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruiting metrics. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements. Experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably the ABA industry. (preferred) SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification. (preferred) Proven success in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
