TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER – LONDON (SE1) | £40,000 - £60,000 DOE | FULL-TIME
We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of our recruitment function at Penrose Health. Hiring the right people is absolutely key to any business and we’re looking to find a partner who can build and maintain a best in class talent acquisition function to facilitate the scaling of our business.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll lead our hiring efforts, manage full-cycle recruitment, and drive forward our talent processes to achieve the business’ hiring outcomes.
As the leader of our talent function, you’ll build and shape recruitment from the ground up—embedding best practices, optimising hiring processes, and making a lasting impact. We hire 60-80 people per year across clinical, patient support, and specialist management roles, and we need someone who can own, execute, and scale our recruitment operations.
