Description
Establish and Implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work with business leaders to understand their needs then to define and manage the strategic recruiting initiatives for all regional sites to meet these goals. Establish Hiring Excellence: Demonstrate ownership of the team's full cycle recruitment processes and performance by being a Talent advisor. Responsible for ensuring consistent TA operations and exceptional customer service. Manager of Talent Acquisition is expected to be a contributing member to the global Talent Acquisition leadership team by raising awareness to local challenges, implementing best practices, and sharing ideas with other regions. Manager of Talent Acquisition's local solutions are expected to be shared with the intent to scale globally. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience. Ability to drive results through others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated self-starter and innovative thinker who can adopt cutting edge talent acquisition best practices to meet the business objectives Possess strong analytical and metric-based skills Ability to engage and influence others at multiple levels of the organization Advanced creative and innovative thinking skills Intermediate computer skills Intermediate social networking skills General office equipment and materials.
