JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will understand hiring needs, talent gaps, and recruitment priorities.
Responsibilities include leading and executing recruitment processes, designing and executing talent acquisition projects and campaigns and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to surface internal candidates for career opportunities.
