Your tasks 

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process 
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on relevant channels 
• Active sourcing via business networks and other platforms 
• Review and pre-selection of application documents 
• Conducting telephone interviews as well as in-person and virtual job interviews 
• Close collaboration with the specialist departments to define requirement profiles 
• Building and maintaining a talent pool 
• Development of new recruiting strategies and optimization of existing processes 
• Participation in employer branding measures as well as recruiting events and career fairs 
• Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics and derivation of suitable measures 
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with specialist departments and managers as a sparring partner in recruiting 
• Advising hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process 
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through close coordination with all stakeholders 

This is what you bring with you 

• Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on human resources, economics or a similar field 
• Professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition 
• Experience in active sourcing and in using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn or XING 
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor 
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style 
• Enthusiasm for modern recruiting methods and digital trends 
• Very good German skills
