• The CompanyOur client is a national, government-funded not-for-profit that are entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to help build out its team. The RoleThis is a 6-month contract focused on delivering a significant recruitment program. You'll take ownership of hiring a large number of specialist positions. Working closely with a supportive People & Culture team, you'll be trusted to hit the ground running and deliver quality hires at pace. Your responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment for a high number of roles at once
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and build effective campaigns
• Proactively sourcing candidates for specialist, hard-to-fill roles
• Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for both capability and cultural fit
• Managing candidate pipelines and records in the HRIS (Employment Hero)
• Coordinating pre-employment checks, including police checks and Working with Children Checks where required
• Supporting the wider People & Culture team with reporting and other projects as needed
• Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:3+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment
• A proven track record of delivering high volumes of hires within tight timeframes
• Experience recruiting specialist or niche roles, with the confidence to source proactively
• A warm, authentic and considerate approach, with a strong eye for cultural fit
• The ability to work independently and get on with the job with minimal guidance
• Experience with Employment Hero (desirable but not essential)
