Off -First Year! * Paid Holidays Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve to lead and oversee the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.  This role will provide leadership, team member development, and continuous improvement to support the continued growth of the business.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition plans, sourcing strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.  This role will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, assisting in improving the employer brand, enhancing the value proposition for perspective team members, and ensuring alignment of talent acquisition strategies with company goals and growth projections.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will actively support recruiting efforts for direct, billable roles for the organization and manage a team of recruiters that are supporting the talent needs within assigned geographical areas.   The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop, update, and manage the recruiting metrics and key performance indicators for the team and provide standardized reporting to the senior leadership team on weekly, monthly, and quarterly time periods.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Implement strategies and business processes to effectively drive talent acquisition activities for in the entire organization and coordinate accordingly with all levels of the organization to execute talent acquisition strategy * Develop business metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of talent acquisition team and make adjustments to ensure that all recruiting functions are optimized across the enterprise   * Collaborate with operations leadership, hiring managers, HR team, and senior leadership team to identify hiring needs and implement sourcing activities to fulfill talent pipeline needs * Actively support recruiting for billable, hourly roles all levels of the enterprise * Assist in developing new recruiting techniques, interview processes, and continually improving the selection criteria for the organization to ensure that top talent is attracted, identified, and ultimately onboarded * Develop and implement business processes that best utilize the recruiting budgets and identify opportunities to improve employer brand in becoming an employer of choice in the marketplace * Leverage existing metrics for recruiting functions to continually drive efficiency and performance, while seeking additional opportunities to develop, improve, and implement new metrics to effectively drive recruiting activities * Provide leadership, team member development, training, and ongoing support to the talent acquisition team and partner with other HR resources to ensure a cohesive team environment * Continually evaluate current talent acquisition strategies and develop new processes and activities to enhance the organization’s ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the workplace  * Lead, develop, and coordinate the relationships for the organization with suppliers/providers for job postings, recruitment advertising, job fairs, employment offices, and other partnership opportunities to attract candidates * Ensure compliance with the applicable laws regarding applicant tracking and reporting for the organization * Provide training and development for hiring managers, recruiters, and front-line leadership regarding the hiring process, interview techniques, and talent assessment * Ensure that the applicant tracking system is properly managed, updated, and maintained with accurate information throughout the hiring process and that all recruiters are properly documenting activities * Create and foster an environment of collaboration and support for the talent acquisition team members * Support the hiring process and candidates in the initial post-offer screening requirements, including background check process, drug screens, and physicals  * Prepare reports and information for presentation to all levels of the organization, inclusive of the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors * Schedule, coordinate, and attend recruiting events and activities across the enterprise locations and markets * Define the data analytics objectives and goals through understanding of business, risk exposures, and incorporation of integrated approach between operations, sales, information technology, and human resources * Make recommendations for improvements in technology, systems, and processes to ensure innovation and necessary change management to prepare organization for sustained growth  * Foster an environment that is committed to the SES culture of safety, ethical practices, customer focus and continuous improvement * Support the organization to attract, retain, and motivate a diverse group of team members  * Attend relevant industry conferences and professional meetings to maintain professional competencies and benchmarking company performance * Identify innovations and industry best practices and implement them to fit the company Education and Experience  Required * Associate or Bachelor degree in business, preferred or 10 plus years’ experience in recruiting * Minimum of 7 years prior experience in high volume full cycle recruiting environment for general laborers, skilled labor, CDL drivers, and equipment operators; preferably within a business service industry or staffing industry  * Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within talent acquisition for a minimum of 3 years * Possess high-level influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and have proven skill in negotiating and mediating conflict * Expert knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and full cycle recruitment * Experience developing, implementing, and sustaining business management systems to support rapid and sustained growth in a complex and dynamic business environment * Experience in utilizing continuous improvement principles and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, talent acquisition team, and the field  locations * Excellent communication skills  * Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver in a dynamic work environment * Advanced software skills in MS Office, online databases, social media applications, and applicant tracking systems  * Ability to travel up to 30% * Excellent leadership skills, with commitment to honesty and integrity * Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within Human Resources functions  * Ability to diagnose problems quickly, foresee potential issues, and enact solutions Preferred * Experience in the industrial cleaning, non-hazardous and/or waste  * Success in a distributed,
