We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Growing Markets (m/f/d) to play a key role in hiring top talent for our Tech and Marketing teams, as well as for special projects and emerging markets such as our recently launched patolo animal insurance product in France. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid position (1-2 days per week in the Berlin office, flexible) requiring fluency in German and English.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools
  • At least C1-level English and at least C1-level German are required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
