Description

Tech4Soft is looking for business development/operations manager to contribute to the growth of staffing and recruiting practice/operation. We are seeking candidates with previous public sector procurement/ IT staffing experience. Your goal will be to discover opportunities where our firm can be of assistance, completing activities that will grow our revenue and brand recognition within the government sector. Beyond this, what’s important in joining our team is that you bring your “A game” every day with a growth-mindset, operating ethically and consultatively, while contributing to our company culture and to the community at large.
Roles And Responsibilities
This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and to communicate the way in which our consultants can add value. It will call on your superb sales skills to identify opportunities for growth and stand out from the competition. This position requires business development skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.
Your main responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

Client Service And Delivery

  • Actively engaging with prospective clients and responsible for expanding our presence in the federal government marketplace
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities to pursue
  • Retaining clients by providing superior customer service and staffing support
  • Ensuring we are not missing opportunities for new business with existing accounts
  • Mushrooming existing users to generate new business and grow sales
  • Cross-selling to identify opportunities for other divisions
  • Marketing strong candidate resources based on client’s needs
  • Resolving any issues that come up throughout the placement process
  • Conducting after placement service calls and visits with both candidates and clients
  • Visiting top users on a quarterly basis
  • Adhering to our high level of service standards and delivery

Candidate Development And Staffing

  • Leading recruitment projects for clients from discovery to hiring, seeking out top talent
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for active roles
  • Drafting job advertisements to post on a variety of locations
  • Validating candidate credentials to ensure high quality placements
  • Assisting with timesheet, contract management or payroll issues

Must Have

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and a track record of producing results within IT staffing. A successful individual will love the art of business development and the thrill of making a “close”. You’ll consider yourself a “hunter” more than a “farmer”, and seek every opportunity for growth with existing and new clients. You are motivated by goals and targets and work well in a high pressure environment.

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
