ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a TAM to help us build the teams that will shape the next chapter of our company. You’ll play a central role in how we hire, working closely with managers, influencing decisions, and helping us continuously improve. A key part of the role is also operating at a global level: adapting hiring strategies across geographies and helping us access the best talent wherever it is. Main Missions : Build strong teams You’ll own hiring end-to-end, with a focus on bringing in the right people. Run full recruitment processes from role definition to offer, ensuring clarity on expectations and success criteria Source and engage high-quality candidates across different markets, using targeted and proactive approaches Design and run interview processes that effectively assess skills, potential and fit, while ensuring a strong candidate experience Partner with the business You’ll work closely with managers to help them make better hiring decisions Clarify and refine hiring needs, challenge when needed, and support prioritisation of roles Bring perspective on talent markets (availability, compensation, competition) to guide decision-making Build and improve our hiring strategy Define and evolve recruitment strategies aligned with our growth and international footprint Adapt sourcing and hiring approaches depending on the geography and talent landscape Identify bottlenecks, improve processes over time, and use data to drive better decisions Contribute to our employer brand Strengthen how we show up to candidates, ensuring consistency between our messaging and the experience we offer Contribute to initiatives that improve our attractiveness and ability to engage top talent ABOUT YOU You have +5 years in Talent Acquisition and are comfortable owning hiring processes end-to-end; You have strong experience working closely with managers and leadership; You have strong sourcing and assessment skills; You understand the business behind the roles; You like challenges and you are not afraid to challenge (specially your manager :)); You have the ability to balance hands-on execution with a more strategic mindset; You are comfortable working in an international or multi-market environment.
