KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract high performing candidates in the health and social services sector.
  • Drive effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes to ensure exceptional candidate experience, efficiency of process, and effective management of employer brand in the market.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and engagement with internal stakeholders including senior leaders to plan and coordinate requirements and time frames for talent sourcing and selection activities.
  • Attract and source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing and campaigns, referrals, and targeted partnerships.
  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process including reporting on key statistics and metrics with a values-based recruitment approach.
