Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition team and reporting into the General Manager- Operations. You’ll be responsible for executing our talent acquisition strategies, leading our Talent Acquisition Specialists, implementing innovative recruitment processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving strong outcomes through effective talent acquisition practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead a high performing Talent Acquisition Team across both Sydney and Melbourne.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, offer expert advice, and align strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and update recruitment policies and processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and efficacy objectives are achieved.
  • Lead initiatives to actively promote and grow Yo-Chi’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of roles within the organisation
  • Analyse and implement changes to improve hiring manager and candidate experiences.
  • Analyse reporting across recruitment metrics, spend and KPI’s and provide data driven insights to the business, key stakeholders and external partners.
