The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and hiring top talent, possess excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for assessing candidates' fit within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, source, interview, and select candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs. Source candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/ in person interviews, and evaluate candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Negotiate job offers and coordinate the hiring process, including offer letters and contracts. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with the onboarding team. Requirements: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle confidential information. Preferred Skills:• Should be able to handle bulk hiring or niche recruitment. Knowledge of HR software and systems. Qualifications Graduation
