About the role The role is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the HR Section. This includes assisting in the recruitment process, from identifying and attracting potential candidates to facilitating the selection of qualified individuals for open positions at Austal Philippines. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with the hiring team to understand hiring needs and carry out streamlined onboarding processes. Performs the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including offer letters, reference checks, and background verifications. Builds and maintains effective relationships with external recruitment partners. Assists in organising and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, on-the-job trainees, and immersion students. Organise and keep track of data or information of all employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong track record of successful candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. Experience using various recruitment channels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficient in data reporting and analysis.
