WHO WE ARE

We regenerate places and work with people to create the opportunities they need to thrive. Affordable housing is our starting point, but we are a dynamic group of organisations doing very different things. We work in places where we can make a difference and operate across the housing and construction sector, in care and support, and in education, training and careers.
The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly owned subsidiaries M&Y Maintenance and Construction, Redwing, Ecogee, Petrus, The Learning Foundry, Positive Footprints, Centre 56 and the National Communities Resource Centre.

Responsibilities

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in internal recruitment. Whether you have previously worked in in-house or agency recruitment or have transferable skills that you think would make you a great fit for our team, we would love to hear from you!
Working in recruitment at Regenda is really unique as the group is made up of 9 different companies, spanning everything from housing, construction and sustainability, through to care and support, education and training and of course our four charities. We do not expect you to be a specialist in all of these sectors, but a generalist approach to proactive recruitment is imperative.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end management of recruitment processes
  • Speaking with internal teams and managers to understand their hiring need
  • Advertising new vacancies
  • Screening applications and reviewing CVs
  • Proactive recruitment including headhunting and networking
  • Conducting initial telephone conversations with shortlisted candidates and arranging interviews
  • Attending in person interviews and assessment centres when required
  • You will also be responsible for onboarding new starters, using our new in-house onboarding system, ensuring correct right to work checks have been completed
