The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new starters, internal transfers and contractors within The Star Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test and deliver a thrilling new era for our Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
  • Complete all required probity checks for new hires, internal transfers, and contractors
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings
  • Liaise with new hires to collect, verify, and process onboarding documentation
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts for new starters
  • Schedule new hires for Welcome Day sessions, coordinating with the Learning & Development team as needed
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and delivering high-potential talent aligned with business needs
