As a Bowtie intern, you will be treated and work like the rest of the team (no fetching coffee duties) and deliver impactful projects. About the Role This role is a unique opportunity to boost our recruitment efficiency through workflow automation and to enhance the new-hire experience with AI and other technologies, all while supporting our outreach efforts at career events. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong bilingual skills who can drive projects with autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement low-code/no-code workflow automation solutions for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes (e.g., interview scheduling, feedback compilation, reference check, document collection) with minimal reliance on engineering support. Review and refine existing onboarding materials and develop engaging, self-serve training modules and documentation using AI tools and technologies to personalize the learning experience. Provide logistical and on-site support for various recruitment and career events, effectively communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Chinese. Internship Duration: Full-time: 3-6 months Part-time: 3+ days per week, 3-6 months About you Proven hands-on experience or coursework with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Apps Script, low-code platforms) or a strong demonstrated aptitude for learning and applying new technologies quickly. Complete professional fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Cantonese to support diverse candidates and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills who can work independently and implement solutions end-to-end.
