In this role, you will lead a team to deliver end-to-end recruitment operation support, drive TA communications, and manage strategic projects to enhance hiring efficiency, compliance, and quality.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Lifecycle Operations - Own and streamline regional recruitment operations & and implement improvements, including:- Background Check Process: Ensure compliance with AMS regulations and SLA adherence.- Job Posting Approval: Manage approvals and policy & process updates for job descriptions.- Oncall Platform Implementation: Ensure efficient and high quality resolution for TA.2. TA Communications & Engagement- Organize and lead regional Talent Acquisition Leadership committees and TA community initiatives.- Plan and execute TA-focused events (e.g., recruiter topic-based trainings, leadership roundtables).3. Recruitment Project Management - Partner with HR and COE leaders to support company-wide strategic programs:- Recruitment compliance & governance (e.g., Pay Transparency, audit readiness).- Global TA system/tool implementations (e.g., ATS optimizations).- Drive projects to improve organizational globalization and scalability.
