Description

Minimum of 3-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in autobody collision repair, automotive repair or manufacturing industry
Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven ability to recruit for a range of positions on a national, multi-location level
Good knowledge of provincial legislation governing employee recruitment, selection, and hiring
Proven ability to manage high volume of openings, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change
A self-starter with the proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
