Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from intake and role calibration to sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding. Write compelling, on-brand job adverts and craft market-informed talent strategies informed by data and insights. Conduct experienced-level candidate sourcing and screening, lead strategic intake meetings, and coordinate efficient, fair interview processes. Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on role requirements and timelines. Negotiate offers, manage closing processes, and guide onboarding to secure a smooth candidate experience. Manage recruitment technology stack (with Eightfold as a core platform, alongside SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and video interviewing tools) to maximize talent matching, pipeline development, and data integrity. Analyze recruitment data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and provide market insights to the business. Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse talent pools and equitable opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to the business on market trends, talent availability, and competitive offerings. Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter (in-house, RPO, or agency) with a track record of hiring for high-complexity and technology-focused roles. Deep understanding of the industry and function, excellent stakeholder management, and strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tools effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and modern assessment and video interviewing platforms is highly desirable. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a data-driven mindset and a passion for candidate experience.
