Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver on end-to-end recruitment for our business / Go-To-Market (GTM) and regional roles
- Source, attract and engage with diverse candidates through a variety of channels, leveraging innovative and creative techniques to build talent pipelines.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring equitable hiring practices.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, maintaining records, and reporting metrics.
- Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure hiring managers are educated on recruitment processes and best practices.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, such as streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting, or improving ATS utilisation.
