THE OPPORTUNITY

Our team is growing and we’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Phorest. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to deliver on our hiring goals and drive the success of our organisation. • Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver on end-to-end recruitment for our business / Go-To-Market (GTM) and regional roles
• Source, attract and engage with diverse candidates through a variety of channels, leveraging innovative and creative techniques to build talent pipelines.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring equitable hiring practices.
• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, maintaining records, and reporting metrics.
• Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure hiring managers are educated on recruitment processes and best practices.
• Collaborate on projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, such as streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting, or improving ATS utilisation.
