Job Description We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Mumbai team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) during a period of growth. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the best talent into our teams across multiple disciplines. You will partner with the local leadership team to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place. With overall responsibility for driving the candidate pipeline generation for our Mumbai office, you will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels. Role Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for both active and passive talent pipelines across various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, Employee Referrals) End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across various disciplines and seniority levels. Be a true business partner and recruitment expert to your hiring managers and senior stakeholders Conduct initial recruiter interviews through video screenings to evaluate candidates Work closely with hiring managers and people operations teams across various offices of Third Bridge to ensure high-quality talent delivery Act as a brand ambassador by providing a positive candidate experience Promote and drive improvements in standards, productivity and efficiency Using initiative to solve and identify problems early Qualifications Clear English communication skills, both written and verbal Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles, including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Data and more. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates alike, focusing on providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (we use SmartRecruiters) Self-motivated, organised, and highly detail-oriented A team player with the ability to also work independently, and someone who is not afraid to ask for help when they need it Data mindset - an ability to use data to influence decision-making Ability to navigate ambiguity Additional Information How will you be rewarded?
