Your Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead high-volume recruitment campaigns that bring compassionate, mission-aligned talent into Anglicare. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience – all while helping shape the future of care in NSW. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple care, nurse and hospitality roles across Sydney locations Design and deliver engaging, high-volume sourcing strategies Build and nurture talent pools for current and future needs Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality outcomes at pace Support compliance, contracts, and recruitment administration Champion Anglicare’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in every interaction What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition Experience in volume hiring or fast-paced recruitment environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for people HR qualifications or relevant experience Ideally you will also have; Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and AI recruitment tools Background in aged care, not-for-profit, or community services recruitment Why Anglicare?
