Your tasks

• You will take on your own sub-projects within our TA transformation: from new processes and system adjustments to standards that extend beyond your own roles.
• You are responsible for the kick-off of the role with the hiring manager, defining requirements and building a robust sourcing strategy on top of them.
• Active sourcing isn't a chore for you. It's the fun part – building pipelines that can handle high volumes.
• You will safely manage the offer management process all the way to the contract decision.
• Not every clinic automatically involves a veterinary technician these days. Your assessment and expertise will change that.
• Clean system management is second nature to you. Even when jugging multiple roles, you keep your data clean instead of cleaning it up at the end.
