Description

APM Steam and Aquatomic Products are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our teams. APM Steam is a leading provider of steam trap surveys, repairs, and steam system optimization for industrial facilities nationwide. In early 2025, APM Steam acquired Aquatomic Products, a specialized water treatment and testing company.

You will play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top talent to support the ongoing success and growth of both organizations. As a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with our hiring managers to understand their needs, create consistent, strategic, interview processes, and close high-quality candidates.

  • Partner with managers to fully understand their business and recruiting priorities to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage full-life cycle recruitment across all departments, with a focus on Engineering Field Technicians.
  • Educate hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices to enhance decision making.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates by taking an analytical approach and tailoring strategy to candidate pool.
  • Drive a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience through communication, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Continuously innovate and identify new and creative ways to attract and select talent.
  • Partner with internal team to ensure a seamless candidate to new hire experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador at virtual career fairs.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Support HR initiatives as needed, including benefits administration, 401(k) program coordination, and employee relation efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and consistency in employee programs, policies, and documentations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities
  • Knowledge of HR fundamentals
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgement in handling sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
