As an R&D Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving high-quality hiring processes end-to-end. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for R&D roles, from sourcing to offer stage Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Proactively source and attract top technical talent through various channels Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring performance Requirements At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment Proven experience recruiting for R&D / technical roles Experience conducting HR interviews and extending offers to candidates Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
