Job Description This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to help build something impactful from the ground up. For the first time, Assessio is establishing Talent Acquisition as a function, and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to be part of shaping how we attract, assess and hire talent going forward. You will work in close partnership with the HR Director and HR team, with a high level of trust, responsibility and freedom to act. While the role is strongly hands-on and operational, you will also have real influence over how our Talent Acquisition function is built, developed and scaled as we continue our European growth journey. You will independently own and drive recruitment end-to-end, acting as a trusted and consultative partner to hiring managers and stakeholders across the business. The role has a primary focus on our commercial organization (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Commercial Enablement), and you will work across multiple European talent markets. Main Responsibilities Independently own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to signed offer Lead requirement gathering and role scoping together with hiring managers, building strong and trust-based partnerships Proactively attract, engage and assess candidates through sourcing, job advertising and targeted recruitment initiatives Manage screening, first interviews and selection using structured, competency-based methods Deliver a high-quality, professional and engaging candidate experience Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization Actively contribute to building and shaping Assessio’s Talent Acquisition function, processes and ways of working Support recruitment across multiple European markets in a fast-growing SaaS organization Who are you?
