About the role We’re seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles - including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and related positions. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with U.S. leadership and hiring managers to shape our growing team, while also playing a key part in building a strong employer brand presence in the market. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM positions, from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and create effective hiring strategies. Build talent pipelines for current and future GTM roles, using creative sourcing techniques. Drive a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Astrix’s values and culture. Act as a trusted advisor to U.S. leadership and hiring teams, providing insights on market trends and talent availability. Maintain accurate data and reporting in our ATS to track progress and optimize recruiting processes. Support employer branding efforts in the U.S., including social media and candidate engagement campaigns. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing inclusive recruiting practices. Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.). Proven experience recruiting in high-growth startups or dynamic tech environments. Strong understanding of the U.S. talent market and compensation trends. Exceptional sourcing skills using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, niche platforms, etc.). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Experience working cross-functionally with global teams is a plus.
