Overview Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program. Responsible for to attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description Qualifications Scope & Authority As a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the company Identify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profiles Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field. Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary) and THAI Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage. Well verse in recruitment field. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Screen candidates resumes and job applications for local and across Asia Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc. Onboard new employees to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
