Location: Kortrijk, BE
Company: Barco
Barco designs technology to enable bright outcomes all around the world, but our headquarters still lies in Belgium where our story began as a small radio company in the 1930s. Today we have a team of 1.250 employees working in our Belgian offices spread over three locations.
The Barco One Campus in Kortrijk is a fine example of modern architecture that underscores the innovative and international nature of our company. This exceptional work environment was designed in 2013 by the renowned Belgian architectures John Eyers and Pierre Lallemand.
To support our Talent Acquisition team in Belgium, we are seeking a dynamic and inspiring “visioneer” to join us.
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join a motivated team of HR professionals who are passionate about attracting, welcoming, and developing talent at Barco. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with initiatives such as campus recruitment, employer branding, and HR-related projects. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from intake with the hiring manager to the creation of offers and contracts. You will be part of an international team and report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
