As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the driving force behind our technical and creative growth. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our hiring leaders, embedding yourself within their teams to find the world’s best talent in highly competitive fields like Unity, Unreal, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science. This isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about understanding the market, building relationships, driving change and shaping the future of Beyond Sports.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Act as a strategic partner to our Engineering, Art, and creative leads to deeply understand their roadmaps and define highly specific talent needs.
  • Proactively hunt for, engage, and nurture passive talent pools within the Unity, Unreal, Graphics, ML, AI, and Data Science ecosystems.
  • Craft authentic and compelling job descriptions that resonate specifically with elite software engineers, technical artists, and AI/Data Science researchers.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to hiring managers on talent distribution, compensation trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Build and cultivate deep talent networks at specialised conferences, top university labs, and niche online communities (e.g., ArtStation, GitHub and more).
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring a world-class candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
