Are you a seasoned recruiter with an agency background, ready to make a meaningful impact in the not-for-profit sector? Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent aged care provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Home and Community Support teams for a 6-month contract.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where your recruitment expertise will help build a compassionate and skilled workforce that supports older Australians to live and age well.

• Providing support to hiring managers by placing ads, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking, document collection and offer management, working a full 360 recruitment portfolio
• You’ll help develop strategies to reduce our time to fill and increase quality of hire
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment advice
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment support and strategic hiring solutions
• Provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and market insights
