Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on developing a strategy in support of the talent acquisition for the assigned client group and develop relationships with the business leadership and HR partners, in order to align talent pipeline to business needs at all levels and become a trusted partner. This individual will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels and a ready-now pipeline, while leveraging technology (ATS) to ensure an effective and efficient process that gets results. This individual will be responsible for attracting candidates (both internal and external) and maintaining Central Maine Healthcare’s employment brand, while providing a positive candidate experience.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage full life cycle of recruiting process from specification through the employment offer.
  • Execute staffing strategies that include but are not limited to enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and

implement a plan to adhere to business and staffing team objectives.

  • Implements and supports inclusion recruiting efforts and participates in diversity recruiting events and

activities.

  • Present qualified diverse candidate pool along with assessments and make hiring recommendations to

managers. Plan and coordinate recruiting events and represent CMHC at job fairs, trade shows,

networking and community events.

  • Provide consultative, problem-solving support for challenging staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions.
  • Leverage industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience.
  • Ensure all contact with potential candidates is a positive and first-rate experience.
  • Evaluate and identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions at a time.
  • Recruiter will build strong relationships with business leaders to understand hiring needs. Conducts

thorough recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers.

  • Effectively leverage technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to

consistently meet or exceed service level agreements by providing top talent to business partners.

  • Responsible for targeted sourcing and assessing talent based on past successes and future business

objectives.

  • Develop a high level of business acumen and educating potential candidates on the benefits of joining

CMHC.

  • Leverage effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates. Uses employee referral,
    recruiting boards, internet, social media, industry and community organizations to build a strong talent

pool - including diverse talent.

  • Serve as a talent advisor and consult leaders on effective strategies to achieve talent needs and educate

and train on recruiting processes.

  • Coach hiring managers on policy/procedural issues, using excellent interpersonal and influence skills

to gain alignment where needed.

  • Execute recruiting practices to conform to all applicable CMHC policies, practices, and governmental

regulations.

  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of recruiting best practices, trends and legislative/regulatory

activities as they affect recruiting policies or practices.

  • Maintain effective business relationships with other human resource groups, other
  • CMHC teams, external recruiting partners, and other available recruiting sources.
  • May lead staffing related projects. This includes partnering with appropriate internal and external

resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, while achieving desired

goals and objectives.

  • Provides guidance to the other talent acquisition team members when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources or

equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and respect with a broad

range of business partners

  • High level of business acumen
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to convey CMHCs values to others in the form of expected integrity and performance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to organize and manage workflow to meet deadlines and requirements.
  • Ability to match candidate skill set to manager/department needs and determine 3-5 candidates to be

moved forward to interview.

  • Ability to analyze salary data and make sound recommendations for offer(s)
  • Able to operate independently but know when to raise concerns/decisions to HR Leadership
  • Ability to recommend creative recruitment solutions
  • Ability to solve complex problems and apply sound judgement to decisions
  • Ability to influence and support others through technical knowledge or rationale
  • Ability to engage patients and team members utilizing the CMH Experience Standards
