This position plays a key role in contributing to the company’s talent strategy, with a focus on Talent Acquisition practices, candidates and managers’ experience, reporting to the VP People and Talent, HQ. #LI-POST Requirements B.A degree in relevant study, M.A advantage 5+ years of experience hiring in house for technical roles Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles Knowledge and experience in various sourcing tools, and building quality pipelines Experience ןמ leading internal referral campaigns Great team player, innovative and proactive, create collaborative relationships with candidates and business partners Comfortable to work in a fast paced Both written and verbal English communication skills
