ABOUT THE ROLE:

Clutch is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People Operations team! You are hungry to develop yourself as an excellent TA Partner. You understand that building a high functioning, talent-dense Clutch culture starts with sourcing, selecting, and keeping the right people in the right roles. You are passionate about the candidate experience, and you have a high standard for your work with an eye for detail, organization, and recruiting best practices. You leverage data, talent analytics, and software tools to efficiently run your talent pipelines and continually improve on the talent acquisition process. Most of all, you want to be a great partner to your internal stakeholders and the business as a whole.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage talents across Production, Field Operations & Logistics teams, and more
  • Build and maintain network of sector-specific potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going management
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand various roles and their responsibilities, and develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs
  • Innovate on way build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
  • Fully utilize ATS to manage talent pipeline, maintain talent data accuracy and quality, and formulate talent analytics
  • Manage job board advertising of career site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling, accurate, and positioned for maximum effectiveness
  • Upon application, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information for shortlisted candidates
  • Regularly communicate and discuss with internal stakeholders to understand on-going requirements and share progress of activity
  • Ingest feedback from internal stakeholders to successfully progress candidates through the hiring funnel and follow through to successful hiring and full conversion
  • Develop, formalize, and execute on process to ensure best-in-class candidate experience
  • Must be comfortable to work 100% on-site - You will split your time between our Etobicoke Production facility at 223 Evans Ave as we transition to the new Mississauga facility, and our downtown headquarter at 60 Adelaide St E
