Since launching just two years ago, we’ve created more than 15 companies from scratch, and we’re just getting started. Our goal is ambitious: launch or acquire 100+ companies every year. To do that, we need to find and hire outstanding people. That’s where you come in. Tasks We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our hiring efforts across Bifrost and our portfolio companies. This is a full-time, contract role for 3 to 6 months. It’s ideal for someone with a proven track record in recruitment who can step in and deliver results immediately. You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to scope roles, run search and assessment, and ultimately bring in top-tier talent across commercial, product, and technical roles. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle searches during the contract period Quickly integrate with our existing hiring tools and processes Translate hiring needs into compelling job descriptions and outreach materials Run proactive search and manage inbound funnel Be the point of contact for both candidates and founders throughout each search Deliver strong candidate and stakeholder experiences Provide strategic input on sourcing and assessment process where needed Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in startup or scale-up environments Proven ability to fill complex roles across functions (commercial, product, tech) Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills Confident communicator with experience managing hiring stakeholders, especially founders and executives Experience recruiting across industries and geographies Self-driven and comfortable with fast-paced, high-autonomy work environments The Hiring Process Screening Interview (30 minutes) Assessment & Case Interview (1 hour) Final Interview with team members or founders (1 hour) Offer and onboarding
