Description We’re a fast-growing cybersecurity startup looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role you'll lead global hiring efforts with a focus on R&D and research positions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, driving full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance. You will play a critical role in shaping Cynet’s talent strategy, building high-performing teams, and fueling our rapid international growth. What will you do Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D and technical roles and support our global sites hiring GTM roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies. Source, attract, and engage top technical talent through creative and data-driven approaches. Ensure a strong and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to measure efficiency and impact. Collaborate with HR and leadership on employer branding and talent initiatives. Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations and employment laws. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on R&D / technical hiring. Demonstrated success hiring across global markets. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and souring tools (Comeet, Spark Hire, Hibob, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of international recruitment practices and employment laws. You are None About Us None
