This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Talent Acquisition team as an Engineering Talent Partner, supporting recruitment across all our UK manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all UK manufacturing and supply chain sites, with a strong focus on engineering and maintenance functions.
  • Confidently deliver and interpret Predictive Index (PI) assessments as part of the selection process, using behavioural and cognitive insights to shape decisions.
  • Use direct sourcing (headhunting, Boolean search) to uncover top talent in a competitive, skills-shortage market.
  • Design and deliver tailored assessment centres for Early Careers within Engineering and structured interview processes aligned to our values and role profiles.
  • Use data to track performance, report hiring trends, provide market insights that inform workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a student assistant and managing fluctuating vacancy loads across multiple sites
