Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will support designated business areas by executing and continuously improving recruitment processes in line with ABB’s global policies and standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial hiring manager consultations to candidate selection, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through efficient coordination and communication
  • Contribute to our digital transformation and enhance user and candidate experience through innovative approaches
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely recruitment activities (e.g., job postings, interview scheduling, offer processing)
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives to support strategic goals
  • Recommend improvements to processes, tools, or policies to elevate the Talent Acquisition function

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of interview techniques and the German labor market
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of initiative, structured work style, and strategic thinking
  • Fluency in both English and German
