Job Description
Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of ‘Science for a Safer World’. You’ll be supporting a range of functions within LGC across various sites in Germany, focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across both Corporate and Technical (Life Sciences) functions, advising on hiring strategy and processes.
• Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
• Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisitio
