How you’ll make an impact Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Field Service Engineers, Service Technicians, Commissioning Engineers, and other operational or engineering‑focused positions. Engage deeply with hiring teams to understand technical requirements, safety considerations, and field‑based working environments. Drive proactive sourcing and deliver market insights on talent strategies, competition, and availability in the energy/industrial sector Support workforce planning and proactively build pipelines for recurring roles Work closely with business leaders in the various business units Align talent strategies with operational priorities and customer project demands Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and candidate engagement Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs, technical events, and industry forums Your background Proven experience in recruiting technical and/or field service talent, ideally in energy, electrical engineering, industrial services, automation, or similar environments.
