Description

Are you motivated by the challenge of scaling effective teams and building high-quality tech talent pipelines? At Supermetrics, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find and hire the highly skilled people who will fuel our next phase.
You’ll have full ownership of end-to-end hiring for technical roles and play a key role in evolving our global talent acquisition strategy. With our recent acquisition of Relay42, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, and this is your opportunity to help shape what comes next.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles, with an emphasis on engineering and technical hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the broader People Ops and TA teams to deliver high-quality recruitment experiences.
  • Manage and contribute to talent acquisition projects that enhance our processes, systems, and employer brand.
  • Play a key role in shaping our recruitment best practices while scaling the team with skilled professionals.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create sourcing strategies, and guide them through the hiring journey.
  • Conduct kick-off meetings, coordinate and conduct interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support offer and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Contribute to team OKRs and participate in ongoing TA development initiatives.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
