The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in supporting BESIX’s growth and operational success across the African region by ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires the right talent in a competitive and diverse market. The role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment expertise that enable informed hiring decisions and workforce planning. What You’ll Drive Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Africa region. Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring advice, and recruitment strategies tailored to African markets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across the Africa region. Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and local talent platforms. Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Attend and support interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Serve as a BESIX ambassador in the talent market, promoting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities across Africa. Continuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient, transparent, and agile recruitment practices. Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction activities across the African region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment partners, educational institutions, and industry networks to support hiring objectives across Africa. Monitor recruitment market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across key African countries to support informed hiring decisions.
